Around 6 months ago we had written to a number of supermarkets and large companies in regards to help and support fundraising for Chloe.
We had very few responses back, the few replies pointing us to a form that needed to be completed. However one company Tesco replied; keen to help.
A huge thank you to Tesco’s, particularly Angela Rizza for your contact, support and help. Tesco had put together a box of presents for both Chloe and the boys as a way of helping – which we received just before Christmas.
Chloe kindly received a tablet, which we have largely been using so far to play Cbeebies – mainly Swashbuckle. We have been using this when at appointments to help stimulate and entertain Chloe whilst waiting in various waiting rooms.
The boys kindly received an XBox One; along with a number of Lego Dimension character sets to play the game with. In case you weren’t aware both boys are obsessed with Lego at the moment.
It’s fair to say Dad is also appreciating the XBox One, although spare time is hard to find.
This is the Lego dimension we built as a family Christmas afternoon. It plugs into the console, and the characters placed on it interact with the game.
Thank you Tesco for this kind thought, we fully appreciate this for Chloe, the boys and the family. We have since started shopping at Tesco – valuing the support you have shown for Chloe. Huge thank you.
